PrimeReception provides professional digital services, custom AI engineering, and software-based automation. Because our services are delivered electronically and custom-configured for each specific business, our refund policy differs from that of physical goods or "off-the-shelf" software.

1. Implementation & Integration Fees

The one-time Implementation Fee ($249 - $749+) covers the manual labor, technical configuration, and custom prompt engineering performed by our local Winnipeg team.

  • This fee is strictly non-refundable once the initial "Strategy Session" has been completed and technical work has begun.

2. Monthly Subscription Plans

  • Billing: Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, because service is provisioned immediately, we do not offer partial refunds or credits for mid-month cancellations. Your service will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Overages: Charges for usage beyond your plan’s included minutes are billed based on actual real-time talk-time and are non-refundable.

3. Annual Plans

Clients who choose an Annual Subscription receive a 20% discount. Because this discount is predicated on a 12-month commitment, annual plans are non-refundable once the first 30 days of service have passed.

4. Service Issues & Performance

At PrimeReception, we stand by the quality of our engineering. If you experience a technical failure caused directly by our infrastructure that prevents the service from functioning as described, please contact us within 7 days of the occurrence.

Following an investigation, we may, at our sole discretion, provide:

  • A service credit for future minutes.

  • A partial refund of the current month’s subscription fee.

5. No Refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind after the AI agent has been built and deployed.

  • Failure to use the service (unforwarded phone lines).

  • Incompatibility with third-party systems that were not disclosed during the Implementation Strategy call.

  • Hallucinations or minor conversational errors inherent to AI technology (as outlined in our Terms of Service).
