PrimeReception complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and follows the standards of Manitoba’s Personal Health Information Act (PHIA).
- AI Usage & Voice Processing: Our services utilize advanced AI voice technology to facilitate realistic, real-time communication. By using our services, clients acknowledge that calls are processed by automated systems to provide administrative support, scheduling, and information gathering. We prioritize a seamless experience while ensuring all data handled by the AI is protected under our strict security protocols.
- Data Training Opt-Out: We have strictly configured our systems to opt-out of AI model training. Your proprietary business data and patient conversations are never used to train public AI models (like GPT-5).
- Information Manager Status: For our medical and dental clients, PrimeReception acts as an "Information Manager" under PHIA. We maintain strict technical safeguards (AES-256 encryption) to protect Personal Health Information (PHI).
- Data Retention: We follow a "Data Minimization" principle. Call transcripts and audio are deleted or anonymized after 30 days unless otherwise requested by the client.
